Annual CBS International Tax Conference 2025 on Anti Avoidance Rules

CBS LAW is delighted to host the traditional CBS Annual International Tax Conference. This year’s edition takes a close look at the role that general anti-avoidance rules play in the legal order at both the Danish and European levels.

The host, Siddhesh Rao, will engage with leading figures in global tax to explore complex and emerging issues that affect governments, multinational corporations, and academic research alike focussing on Taxes, Trade, and Transparency: Where does EU tax policy go next? The conversation will discuss how the EU can harmonize its tax base for growth while upholding its commitments to transparency and anti-abuse.
