Home-Office Permanent Establishments, Taxing Rights and Legal Certainty in the Nordic Region’

The seminar will be hosted by CBS and organised in connection with the NTRC-funded project The Nordic Home Office Permanent Establishment: A Comparative Analysis of Administrative Practice in Light of the 2025 OECD Commentary Update. It will bring together Nordic tax-law scholars, CBS colleagues, and selected external discussants to examine the tax implications of remote work and global mobility, with a focus on home-office permanent establishments, Article 5, legal certainty, and Nordic tax practice.

The project team includes researchers from Copenhagen Business School, Uppsala University, the University of Eastern Finland, the University of Iceland/Uppsala University, and the University of Bergen.
